En los últimos años IBARMIA ha desarrollado nuevos conceptos de máquina (FVV, SVK, concepto “multiprocess”, torneado en arquitectura pórtico, etc.) que han obligado a revisar y adecuar el Plan de Control de los procesos a cada fase de cada tipo de máquina, al igual que a su fase final. Dichos controles se mantienen “vivos” y se retroalimentan con la experiencia que vamos adquiriendo de los mismos, y también de las aportaciones que realizan nuestros clientes, para lo cual, la participación de todos los técnicos resulta imprescindible. Concienciar a todos nuestros técnicos sobre la importancia de realizar bien su trabajo es vital, para conseguir el nivel de calidad que nos exigimos como IBARMIA y que se ha conseguido transmitir de generación en generación. Los medios son el tercer pilar del control de los procesos, por los que IBARMIA tiene una especial sensibilidad. Por ello se dispone de equipos de medida de gran precisión, software idóneos para trabajar todas las medidas que se han recogido y se colabora estrechamente con centros tecnológicos que disponen de equipos de medida de última generación para el calibrado volumétrico de centros de mecanizado. Por todo ello, la base del éxito en el control de los procesos en la fase de montaje lo componen las personas, los planes de control y los medios de medición-verificación empleados. If we cannot help you as we wish, we will look for an alternative, our technical department is always open to look for a possible solution. As your Service department we wish to talk with you, therefore we always try to use your own language; we can talk with you in Euskera, Spanish , English, French, and of course, German through our “sister” company InnotrolIbarmia GmbH which is fully focussed onto the German market. Because we aim to be close to you Ibarmia is studying further possibilities even in China.
