MULTI FUNCTIONAL CENTRES: TECHNOLOGY AT THE SERVICE OF PRODUCTIVITY H 8 3/A 1 6 IBARMIA will show for the first time at an EMO exhibition the addition of multi functionality to their machining centres with moving column, after their choice for this innovative machining tendency that first started in 2008. Aware of the fact that clients demand solutions more flexible as an answer to different needs, IBARMIA combines its wide experience in the fields of milling and drilling with an investment, recent but determined, in the field of turning. The result of the integration of these processes will be shown during the exhibition as a ZVH45/L4000 MULTIPROCESS, with travels x= 4000mm; y = 800mm and Z = 900mm.This machine incorporates a special electro spindle for milling and turning operations with a speed 12000 rpm. For turning operations, the tool is orientated and the position is blocked by a Hirth crown. The machine is provided with two working areas divided by a separator, on one side there is an integrated rotary table of 800mm diameter (vertical turning axis) and with the high dynamics required for turning operations, reaching a maximum rotating speed of 500rpm but also being able to be used as a positioning axis for multi face milling combined with the tilting head. The other side of pendulum work is provided with a high precision horizontal rotary table for works not requiring turning operations of for other type of pieces. The advantage in productivity that is obtained when integrating these processes in a single machine, avoiding continuous piece set ups and transferring of pieces between machines is reinforced by the improvement in quality obtained by reducing the mentioned piece set ups. The addition of multi functionality to the already flexible concept of machining centres of fixed table and moving column makes this proposal a perfect combination for the most demanding and advanced sectors and customers. NEU: UNIVERSAL 5-ACHS CNC-BEARBEITUNGSZENTREN Premiere auf der diesjährigen EMO in Hannover! IBARMIA stellt zum ersten Mal die neue T-Serie vor: Ein kompaktes Bearbeitungszentrum für die 5-Seiten- bzw. 5-Achsbearbeitung optional erweiterbar mit Fräs-Drehtechnik für Komplettbearbeitung und Pallettenwechsler für automatisiertes Werkstückhandling. Mit der neuen T-Serie bietet IBARMIA die Möglichkeit, größere Werkstücke zu bearbeiten die in den Fährständerzentren mit festem Ausleger und max. Verfahrweg in der Querachse von 1000mm an die Grenze stoßen würden. Auf der T-Serie werden die Werkstücke immer auf einem nC-Rundtisch montiert (Palette) und diese Palette wiederum verfährt auf eine Linearachse. (Rototranslation) Die Serie ist verfügbar in drei Pallettengrößen: 800 x 800 / 1000 x 1000 / 1250 x 1250 mm. Die Maschinen können optional mit Pallettenwechselsystemen für automatisiertes Werkstückhandling ausgestattet werden. Interessant ist die Serie T als „Multiprocess“ mit integrierter Fräs- und Drehbearbeitung. Die steife Konstruktion der B-Achse verfährt über einen 45º Winkel und erlaubt in Verbindung mit dem Rundtisch die 5-Seiten- oder auch simultane 5-Achsbearbeitung. Ausgestattet ist der Spindelkopf mit einer leistungsstarken Elektrospindel mit HSK A-100 oder ISO-50 Aufnahme. Topqualität, exzellente Ergonomie, modernes Design, extrem hohe Dynamik und exklusive Ausstattung platzieren die T-Serie auf höchstem technischen niveau.
