2x THC 12P MULTIPROCESS

Two identical IBARMIA THC 12 MULTIPROCESS machining centers are on their way to the Czech Republic, where they will be integrated into a manufacturing plant in the electromobility rail sector to produce high-precision components under demanding production conditions.

Equipped with rotopalet automation, these machines enable continuous machining and rapid part changeover, optimizing spindle utilization and ensuring a constant work flow.

Thanks to their Multiprocess technology, these centers combine high-performance 5-axis milling with the ability to perform turning operations on rotary tables with up to 2,500 kg of load. The Kessler V400 V2 electrospindle reaches up to 84 kW and 452 Nm, offering a perfect balance between torque and speed for machining everything from light alloys to superalloys.

With a 120-tool magazine, Siemens SINUMERIK ONE CNC and full readiness for future integration with Fastems systems, these machines represent a long-term commitment to flexibility, automation and productive performance.
