THR 12P EXTREME

The THR 12P EXTREME is an advanced machining center designed for high productivity in the manufacturing of medium to large-sized parts, accommodating dimensions up to ø1250 mm, h1600 mm, and 4500 kg. It achieves this with minimal floor space occupation thanks to the compact integration of two key elements: an automatic pallet change system and a polar tool magazine with a capacity of up to 255 tools. Both systems serve a machining center capable of 5-axis / 5-face machining on complex geometry parts in a single setup. This is achieved by combining a rotary-translating table (C/Y axes) and a powerful continuously rotating A-axis head with a torque motor, equipped with an electrospindle offering up to 84 kW, 452 Nm, and 12.000 rpm.
