It is difficult to palletize a manufacturing unit when your production is a mix of long parts of various shapes and lengths that require machining on various faces. IBARMIA has created the perfect solution for this requirement. A set of manually sliding platforms on guideways that can be quickly re-positioned for different lengths without the need of screws, cranes or other weight handling equipment. These platforms are provided with Zero points so the operator can instantly attach part holding vices, rotary tables, tailstock, steady rests etc… A dividing wall so the operator can safely do these adjustments while the machine is producing parts without stopping. Combine this SMART working area with the typical IBARMIA ZVH fast travelling column and an accurate B axis provided with a powerful milling spindle and you will have a machine that produces parts of different lengths and shapes with unstoppable productivity.
