THR 12P MULTIPROCESS

This high-performance machine has been designed for getting the maximum productivity in metro wheels maintenance. This 5-axis machining center integrates a rotopallet system for a quick change of two pallets and a turning capacity that allows to manufacture parts of up to ø1250 mm, 1600 mm tall and 4,500 kg in only one set up.

This THR 12P MULTIPROCESS combines an A-axis continuous tilting head with a powerfull electrospindle of up to 84 kW, 452 Nm and 12.000 rpm, with a high dynamic rotary table for vertical turning operations on parts up to 2250 kg at 500 rpm.
