The IBARMIA ZMS4_15.08 EXTREME automated has been designed to take productivity one step further. Compact, precise and flexible, this solution answers the needs of manufacturers looking for greater autonomy, better machine utilization and smoother production in demanding machining environments.

In this configuration, pallet automation is built into the solution itself. It is not an external add-on, but an integrated concept designed to improve repeatability, reduce non-productive time and support unattended operation, always with a clear process-driven approach.

Thanks to the fixed table and travelling column architecture that defines the IBARMIA Z Series, the machine makes the most of the available working volume while maintaining excellent accessibility for setup, adjustment and maintenance. That is one of its key advantages: delivering automation without compromising ergonomics or ease of use.

The machine features travels of 1500 x 800 x 800 mm, a spindle head with ±115º rotation, a 30 kW electrospindle, 15,000 rpm, HSK A63 taper, and a modular tool magazine with 150 positions arranged over three levels. In addition, a static ATC on the front right side allows tools to be managed during machining, supporting process continuity and real shopfloor productivity.

On the left side, the automatic pallet changer system prepared for 6 pallets of 500 x 500 mm allows the machine to run with greater autonomy, with capacities of up to 300 kg per set and a maximum part swing of 550 mm. The value lies not only in automation itself, but in making it simple, accessible and compatible with both attended and unattended production, without compromising front access to the machine, ATC and APC.

Another defining strength of this ZMS4_15.08 EXTREME is its focus on stable precision. The thermal package, coolant temperature control, specific validation and assembly measures, together with structural optimization and the Zero Gravity Design concept, help maintain rigidity, stability and surface quality throughout the entire working envelope.
