The six projects are part of the Basque Government's Hazitek program, and address key issues in the technological roadmap that will strengthen its technological offer for the Manufacturing of the future.

SATURNO
Conception and development of Multi-process Machining Centers to manufacture flanges and bearings for future mega offshore wind turbines. We are preparing to respond to the machining of flanges and bearings of increasing diameters for offshore technology.

HI PREST
Technologies for high reliability and sub-micrometer precision mechanisms in critical applications and environments. We are working on the search for strategies and components to achieve more ambitious levels of precision in machines.

ABIO II
Development of machines and systems for the competitive manufacture of aeronautical components. Within the scope of the CFAA, work is being done on a specific product range for the aeronautical sector, taking into account its requirements in terms of materials, safety, process, etc.

MECABAT
Development of machining solutions for the manufacture of structural parts for electric vehicles. This project will allow defining a new offer oriented to the new challenges of the automotive sector.

ORKESTRA
Research on technologies for the programming of modular and reconfigurable manufacturing systems. The aim is to generate an ecosystem that maximizes the flexibility of all manufacturing systems around the machine.

CORTEX
Precision in ultra near net shape critical components obtained by 2030 processes. The objective is to develop and optimize finishing processes for this type of component.
