SATURNO_
We have been dedicated to the design and development of Multiprocess Machining Centers for manufacturing flanges and bearings for future mega-marine wind turbines. This project strategically positions us to tackle the challenges of machining large-scale components for offshore technology.
ORKESTRA_
We have researched Technologies for the Programming of Modular and Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems, aiming to create an environment that maximizes the flexibility of manufacturing systems around our machines.
CORTEX_
This project has focused on precision in critical components achieved through ultra near-net shape processes by 2030. Our goal is to refine the finishing processes of these components to ensure their quality and efficiency.
CONFLES_
We have explored new manufacturing technologies and automation for a CONtrolled, FLexible, Efficient, and Sustainable process applied to machining high-performance materials.
ACCUBASK_
We have focused on developing precision machines with innovative functionalities capable of defect-free manufacturing of large components in a digital environment.
UPSCALE_
Finally, we have dedicated efforts to research and develop technologies, processes, and simulation models necessary for the optimal integration of subcomponents into safe, circular, accessible, and lightweight vehicles.
