FAST TRACK INNOBIDEAK 2025: BIGIN 2

Advancing an Intelligently Orchestrated Unattended Machining Solution for Large Workpieces to Industrial Maturity.

BIGIN was launched in response to the need to evolve a functional demonstrator (TRL 6–7) of an automated production cell for large workpieces into a robust, flexible and commercially viable industrial solution.

Its main objective is to develop, integrate, validate and bring to market readiness an innovative, turnkey automated and unattended production cell solution for large-workpiece CNC systems.

To achieve this, the project focuses on application engineering, adaptation, integration and optimisation of these mature technologies and systems to create a cohesive industrial product.

This initiative has been developed under the FAST MTRACK INNOBIDEAK 2025 funding programme, with a duration of 12 months, from September 2025 to August 2026.
